Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Full payment or required deposit is necessary to reserve your space, and all bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe. Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours before their scheduled class. Missed classes and late cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In the rare event Lumière cancels a class, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Gift cards and class packages are non-refundable once partially or fully used. Unused gift cards or packages may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase, provided no booking has been made using the credit. Gift cards and packages do not expire and may be transferred to another person. Redemption is subject to class availability and studio capacity. Lumière is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards.
Participation, Conduct & Animal Welfare
Participants must arrive on time; doors may close 15 minutes after class begins to ensure the safety of our kittens and guests. All guests are required to follow hygiene, safety, and animal interaction guidelines provided before and during class. Lumière reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual acting inappropriately or posing a risk to our animals, staff, or other guests, without refund.
The well-being of our kittens is our highest priority. All animals are supervised and cared for throughout each session. Rough handling, forced interactions, or mistreatment of any kind will result in immediate removal.
Assumption of Risk, Media & General Policies
By participating in Lumière classes or events, you acknowledge that physical activity and interaction with live animals carry inherent risks, including potential injury or allergic reaction. You voluntarily assume these risks. Lumière and its affiliates are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, lost personal property, or other damages arising from participation. A full Release of Liability is available upon request.
Lumière may photograph or record classes for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please notify us in writing before your session. We reserve the right to update class offerings, schedules, pricing, and policies at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
