By attending a Lumière class or event, you acknowledge that both physical activity and interaction with live animals involve inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, slips or falls, scratches, bites, allergic reactions, illness, or other injuries. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks associated with your participation, including those arising from interactions with kittens, other participants, instructors, or the facility.

You understand that kittens may behave unpredictably and may shed, scratch, bite, urinate, or vomit, which could create slippery or hazardous conditions. You agree to remain aware of your surroundings at all times and accept responsibility for watching where you step, modifying movements as needed, and resting when necessary. It is your responsibility to manage any allergies or health sensitivities. Participation in a group setting also carries exposure to communicable illnesses, and you assume those risks as well.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Lumière, its owners, affiliates, instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, and property owners from any claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation.
