We’re here for people who love cats, care about their well-being, and want something different from the typical fitness class. Our sessions are intentionally designed to feel intimate, welcoming, and refined. Small class sizes. Intentional pacing. A space where you can breathe, move, and laugh when a kitten inevitably steals the moment.
